Discovery phone consultations with new clients are free (15 minutes, upon request)
50 minute nutrition counseling session:
- Standard rate billed to insurance ($200)
- Cash pay rate ($155, prompt pay discount)
You are responsible for payment at the beginning of each session. We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, or Health Savings Accounts (HSA)/ Flexible Spending Accounts.

For all other insurance companies, I am considered an out-of-network provider.
As an out-of-network provider, I can provide you with a superbill/receipt after our session that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee your insurance company will reimburse for out-of-network services. It will be your responsibility to pay the cash pay rate up front and follow up with your insurance provider regarding reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate
The No Surprises Act states you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services if you are uninsured or paying out of pocket. If you would like to receive a Good Faith Estimate for services, please reach out to me prior to our session via email. I can have this provided to you within 48 hours of request.
